PERSONAL BACKGROUND * Patrick and his wife Kathy have been married for 35 years and have two adult married daughters, one granddaughter, and a grandson. * Early in 2003 Patrick and Kathy moved into a new home they had built in Empire Ranch in Folsom, California. * Living in California for over 25 years has given Patrick extensive personal knowledge of communities throughout the State. In addition to living in the Greater Sacramento Area (El Dorado Hills and Folsom, CA) for more than 12 years, He also lived in the Bay Area (San Ramon) for over 12 years, and the LA Area (Orange County) for nearly 2 years. He has been successfully negotiating contracts for clients for over 30 years and sincerely enjoys the contract side of the real estate business. * He was born in Pennsylvania, went to school and worked in Ohio, and additionally lived and worked in Indianapolis, IN; Orlando, FL; Bloomfield Hills, MI; Loveland, CO; and Williamsburg, VA.
