Empire Ranch Residents In Folsom, CA Setup Neighborhood Watch Program

Using technology to keep neighbors informed, Empire Ranch residents have set up an e-mail Neighborhood Watch Program, otherwise known as Watch-mail. This program is designed to notify Empire Ranch residents in Folsom, CA about suspicious or unlawful activity that has taken place in the Empire Ranch neighborhood, and has already been reported to the Folsom Police Department.
